Material organization
1. PTFE / fluororesin layer thickness 0.05 ~ 0.10mm, dry friction,
can be reworked to obtain a higher tolerance level.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.20~0.35mm, which has good
load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Good thermal
conductivity can transfer the heat generated during the operation
of the bearing. The composite material can penetrate into the gap
of the copper powder ball to improve the bonding strength.
3. Low carbon steel provides good load bearing performance and heat
transfer.
4. The copper/tin plating layer is 0.002mm, which makes it have
better corrosion resistance.

The SF-1T oilless lubricated bearing (special for gear pump) is a
newly developed self-lubricating bearing for high speed and high
load. The porous copper powder sintered layer and the special resin
lubricating layer are suitable for higher PV values, have lower
friction factors and excellent wear resistance. The linear speed
can reach 5m/s during rotary motion and the PV value can reach
60N/mm2*m/s. This material is mainly used for working conditions
that require lubrication.
Material organization
1. The thickness of PTFE/fiber mixture is 0.01~0.03mm. As a
material layer in contact with the grinding shaft, a good transfer
film can be formed to protect the grinding shaft, which provides
the self-lubricating performance of the bearing.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.20~0.35mm, which has good
